No. 10 - Kevin Youkilis appears to be rejuvenated since joining the Chicago White Sox and followed up his 3-for-4 performance on Monday with another good outing against his former team, the Boston Red Sox, on Tuesday. Youkilis pounded a home run while knocking in three runs.

No. 9 - So much for Jair Jurrjens’ return to prominence. After four good outings, Jurrjens was shelled by the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday, only lasting 3 1/3 innings while allowing eight earned runs. Hello waiver wire!

No. 8 - The Major League non-waivers trade deadline is only two weeks away. Be proactive with your roster and position yourself to win as players shuffle from team to team. Brett Myers, Huston Street and Jonathan Broxton are some key closers who may be dealt at the deadline. Make a presumptive move and add Brandon Lyon, Dale Thayer or Greg Holland if you have the roster spot. Position players can be trickier, as a trade may thrust them in to a platoon situation on a stronger team. Don’t get caught holding a part-time player because you didn’t do your homework.

No. 7 - Strip away the name, and Jon Lester simply does not warrant being owned in 100 percent of leagues like he is in many sites. Lester was thumped again last night by the Chicago White Sox, allowing six earned runs in four innings while striking out four. Find the Boston Red Sox fan in your league and dump Lester now.

No. 6 - C.C. Sabathia looked unfazed in his return from a stint on the disabled list with a groin injury. Sabathia struck out six Toronto Blue Jays in six innings while only yielding four hits and no runs.

No. 5 - While Drew Storen works his way back to Washington, Tyler Clippard opened the door for him to reclaim the closer role with a blown save on Tuesday. Clippard has been dependable since assuming the role, but picked a bad time to have a poor outing allowing three runs in the ninth inning runs against the New York Mets.

No. 4 - Johnny Cueto rebounded after being scratched from his scheduled start on Sunday with a blister to throw well against Arizona on Tuesday. Cueto ran his record to 11-5 on the season and has quietly been one of the most consistent fantasy starting pitchers this season.

No. 3 - Carlos Lee has stepped in and is giving the Marlins the production they anticipated from Gaby Sanchez at the beginning of the season. Lee ran his hitting streak to five games on Tuesday with another productive outing, including a grand slam.

No. 2 - The Los Angeles Angels racked up 13 runs on Tuesday and looked like the explosive offensive unit everyone expected them to be all season. The trouncing included nice fantasy outings from Mike Trout, Albert Pujols, Alberto Callaspo, Kendrys Morales and Mark Trumbo.

No. 1 - While Joey Votto, Jose Bautista and David Ortiz are nursing injuries and look to be out of your lineup for a while, players like Carl Crawford and Jacoby Ellsbury seem to be quickly back to form. The Red Sox duo combined to go 5-for-8 Tuesday and appear to be ready to contribute to your team in the second half.
