No. 10 – Brandon Morrow exited the Toronto Blue Jays game after only throwing nine pitches with what is being termed an oblique strain. He may miss a start as he recovers, but Morrow looks to have dodged a bullet from a more serious injury. Monitor his status and adjust your roster accordingly.

No. 9 – Chipper Jones returned to the Atlanta Braves lineup this week. Jones is making the most of his farewell tour by hitting nearly .300 and driving in some key runs. At his age he is prone to miss some time with injuries, but he still has some value in deep leagues.

No. 8 – Your time is running out if you are considering adding Colby Rasmus. With a few more starts like Monday, where Rasmus pounded a reported 443-foot home run, he will be owned in all leagues. The hot streak is not likely to last the rest of the season, so you better ride the hot streak while it is still going.

No. 7 - Josh Johnson logged another quality start Monday, limiting the Boston Red Sox to four hits and one earned run in seven innings. Johnson will likely get better as the season wears on and he regains his command.

No. 6 – Elian Herrera isn’t going to be confused for a first-round draft pick, but that doesn’t mean the Los Angeles Dodgers utility extraordinaire doesn’t have value. With eligibility at second base, third base and the outfield, Herrera is finding his way on the field virtually every day. If you have a hole on your team, in a deep league and aren’t looking for power, Herrera is worth a look.

No. 5 – Bud Norris is matched up with an outing against the San Francisco Giants and Madison Bumgarner. His performance will go a long way in determining whether or not Norris should remain on your roster or not. With a string of recent setbacks, Norris needs to rebound to avoid the waiver wire for many owners.

No. 4 – After missing his last start with back problems, Felix Hernandez will take the mound on Tuesday against the San Diego Padres. Under most circumstances I would sit Hernandez and see how healthy he is, but with a matchup with the Padres you have to roll the dice that even a moderately healthy Hernandez can contribute to your team.

No. 3 – Adam Dunn is poised to build on his recent hot streak. In his career against Adam Wainwright, Dunn has a .444 batting average and a home run.

No. 2 – Edwin Encarnacion has picked up right where he left off prior to missing a few games by hitting in each game since his return. Encarnacion has not homered in his last seven games but he should return to form sooner than later.

No. 1 – Heath Bell registered his sixth consecutive save without allowing an earned run on Monday in the Miami Marlins win over the Boston Red Sox. The earned run average above six still isn’t pretty, but Bell seems to have reinserted himself as the clear cut closer in Miami.
