No. 10 - Cole Hamels reached double-digit wins on the season, earning his 10th win Tuesday night with another impressive outing against the Colorado Rockies. Hamels is doing a good job anchoring the Philadelphia staff while Roy Halladay is out, and he continues to drive his asking price up this offseason.

No. 9 - Jake Peavy was solid again on Tuesday, going the complete game, allowing only five hits and one earned run. The Chicago White Sox didn’t give Peavy the run support he needed, though, as the Chicago Cubs scratched out an unearned run to squeeze out a tight 2-1 win.

No. 8 - Shin-Soo Choo continues to swing a hot bat, collecting three more hits as the Cleveland Indians downed the Cincainnti Reds 3-2 on Tuesday.

No. 7 - We said it yesterday, and it is worth bringing up again. Jose Bautista has rebounded and is in the middle of a power surge and smacked his 21st and 22nd long balls for the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday.

No. 6 - Cody Ross made the most of his return from the disabled list on Tuesday, hitting a solo home run in the Boston Red Sox win over the Miami Marlins.

No. 5 - Andrew McCutchen performed up to his lofty draft slot on Tuesday by putting numbers up in every rotisserie category. McCutchen powered the Pittsburgh Pirates to the win over the Minnesota Twins with three hits, including a home run, and for good measure he swiped a base.

No. 4 - Carlos Marmol has responded nicely since being plugged back in as the closer for the Chicago Cubs. Tuesday marked Marmol’s second straight save in as many opportunities. Of course the unblemished outings aren’t likely to continue for long, but if you are in on the closer roulette Marmol may be available in your league.

No. 3 - Clay Buchholz broke his string of quality starts with a tough outing Tuesday against the Miami Marlins. Buchholz only managed to stick around for six innings, allowing nine hits and five earned runs. Fortunately, the Boston Red Sox were able to rack up seven runs and give Buchholz the win.

No. 2 - Brett Lawrie has taken a liking to the Milwaukee Brewers pitching early this week. In two games, Lawrie has gone 4-for-10 with two home runs and three runs batted in.

No. 1 - Trevor Plouffe was impressive again on Tuesday. Plouffe didn’t fill the stat sheet but he did collect two more hits and continues to be a hot addition in many fantasy leagues.
